Traditionally, fruit cake is calculated in finger portions, whilst sponge and chocolate cakes are calculated in dessert portions; however, many venues now cut finger portions throughout.
The above table is for guidance only as some guests do like to try more than 1 flavour..

Dessert portions are an ideal way of serving your Wedding Cake after the meal, together with a berry coulis supplied by your venue.

Iced wedding cakes with simple decoration and sugar flower posy topper

2 tiers from  £250

3 tiers from  £350

4 tiers from  £400

Individual Cakes and Cup Cakes
Mini cake displays do work out more costly than larger cakes, but they are ideal if you want a really impressive tower display or have a more intimate wedding reception where you require less cake but still want your cake to be noticed.

Iced cakes from £6 each 
Cup cakes from £3 50 each

Cup cakes are sealed with flat icing to maintain freshness and show off the top decoration to perfection

Individual cakes can be decorated and set up in a number of ways to give an impressive display.

Mini cake perspex towers or iced boards extra to above costs.

Handcrafted sugar models- unfortunately not sold separately
 My bespoke sugar models are very popular,

Bride and Groom figures are made using pictures of the couple and their wedding attire.
Cherished animals, fun animals, hobbies, or even sugar scenes of  where the groom proposed.
Hand crafted sugar castles in wedding colours with the wedding time on the castle clock.
