I have been creating cakes for a number of years and launched my business in 1999 after many successes with cake competitions, winning 3 gold awards, 2 silver awards and a bronze award.

I was also winner of The BBC Good Food Show 'Design a cake for a celebrity chef ' for two years running, designing and making cakes for Jamie Oliver and Antony Worrell Thompson.

My work has been included in Squires Kitchen Sugarcraft magazine and Wedding Cakes-a design source.

I have City and Guilds qualifications in Sugarcraft and Design.
